The Bridges Christian Fellowship is committed to:

Unconditional love
Love for God and others is the mark of every true follower of Christ. God's love for every individual is unconditional - it does not depend on how well we perform & we should love & serve others simply because that is what we have been told to do. We should worship God for who he is not just because of what he has done.

Knowing and doing God's will
The head of the church is Christ and his will is our primary guiding principle. God wants us to know and do his will and has given us the Holy Spirit and the Bible to guide us. It is our responsibility to ask in prayer and study the Bible.

Everyone maturing
God, by the Holy Spirit, changes people from the inside out. We became Christians by the grace of God and it is through his grace, not by the observance of rules and regulations, that we grow as Christians.

Every member working
The church is the body of Christ. Every member of that body is unique and is uniquely gifted by God. As a body we must identify and seek to nurture the gift in ourselves and in each other. We have been called to serve Christ in every situation - everything we do should be done as for him.

Making Christ known
As Christ was sent into the world so he has sent us. Being Christ-like means supporting and being involved in making Christ known: in our homes, communities and throughout the world.

Serving our generation
Each generation needs to know and follow God for themselves. The expression of our faith must be culturally relevant and God glorifying.

Enabling leadership
God's kingdom is the upside down kingdom where leadership means serving and equipping others.
